We're preparing to introduce AuditTruss to a select group of construction companies through our Founding Pilot Launch. This is an opportunity to evaluate our construction technology on a real, active project, provide direct feedback, and help shape how our platform evolves.

We're looking for commercial contractors and specialty construction teams ready to explore a simpler, more connected approach to field reporting, office coordination, drawings, and BIM workflows.

Why Join the Founding Cohort?

  • Qualified companies can evaluate the agreed AuditTruss software workflows free for 14 calendar days on one active project, without a software subscription charge during the evaluation period.

  • Your team's real-world experience matters. Share feedback on workflows, usability, and project needs while we continue developing AuditTruss. Feedback will help inform product priorities, although individual feature requests are not guaranteed.

  • Receive guided onboarding and direct access to AuditTruss leadership during the pilot. We'll establish a clear process for questions, feedback, and product issues throughout the evaluation.

  • Evaluate the selected workflows against agreed goals for your project. Depending on the approved pilot scope and currently working features, this may include field reporting, office visibility, drawing and BIM review, or project coordination.

What's Included?

Each approved pilot is scoped around one active construction project and the workflows most relevant to the participating team.

  • 14-day software evaluation: Access to the agreed pilot features at no software subscription charge during the evaluation.

  • Guided onboarding: A kickoff session to align on the project, users, scope, and evaluation goals.

  • Defined pilot scope: Access to approved working features within the agreed Field, Office, and/or VDC workflows.

  • Direct feedback channel: A structured way to share observations, questions, and product feedback.

  • End-of-pilot review: Review the experience, assess results against agreed goals, and discuss potential next steps.

Pilot access is limited to the software features confirmed for your approved evaluation. FieldAssist earpieces, FieldAssist AI subscriptions, unfinished features, and unconfirmed future capabilities are not included.

WHO SHOULD APPLY

The founding cohort is expected to include approximately 5–10 qualified construction companies, subject to approval by AuditTruss.

We're particularly interested in commercial general contractors and relevant specialty contractors or VDC teams that have a practical use case for evaluating our workflows.

To be considered, your company should have:

  • An active construction project suitable for evaluating the selected workflows.

  • An engaged decision-maker or internal champion who can support the evaluation.

  • A designated point of contact for onboarding, coordination, and feedback.

  • Time to participate in a kickoff and end-of-pilot review.

  • Clear evaluation goals and agreement on the pilot scope, users, and dates.

Submitting the waitlist form does not guarantee acceptance. Each application will be reviewed for fit, project readiness, and alignment with the founding cohort.
