TECHNOLOGY BUILT AROUND THE JOBSITE
AuditTruss, Inc. is a construction technology company developing AI-powered software for field operations, office coordination, and virtual design and construction.
The company is focused on bringing project information closer together so construction teams can communicate, coordinate, and make decisions with clearer context.
"There's beauty in simplicity. Less Complexity. More Possibility. That is AuditTruss.”
AuditTruss is developing practical construction intelligence that helps field teams, office leaders, and VDC personnel work from more connected information.
Construction Technology Built Around the Way You Work
At AuditTruss, we believe construction technology should make work easier—not add another layer of complexity. We’re building a smarter, more connected way for construction teams to capture information, communicate across the jobsite and office, and keep projects moving forward.
Simpler workflows. Smarter documentation. Better-connected teams.
-
Field personnel shouldn't have to navigate complicated software just to document progress or communicate an issue. AuditTruss is designed to reduce friction in everyday tasks, making it easier for teams to capture updates, share information, and stay connected without disrupting the work at hand.
-
Important project details are captured on the jobsite every day. The challenge is turning that information into organized documentation that office teams can actually use. With AI-assisted workflows, AuditTruss aims to help transform field updates into structured project information—making reporting and coordination more efficient.
-
When field updates, project drawings, 3D BIM models, and office communications are scattered across different tools, important information can get lost. AuditTruss brings these workflows together in a more connected environment, helping teams share context, identify issues, and keep project information accessible to the people who need it.
-
Our approach starts with the realities of construction—not assumptions about how people should work. We’re focused on practical tools that support the daily responsibilities of field crews, superintendents, project managers, and office teams.
Founded in July 2026 by David Routzahn, AuditTruss, Inc. is an early-stage artificial intelligence and construction technology company focused on making construction workflows simpler, smarter, and more connected.
With nine years of experience in construction, our David saw firsthand how communication gaps between field crews and office teams can lead to delays, rework, rising costs, and unnecessary frustration. From outdated drawings and delayed model revisions to missed updates and disconnected project information, these experiences revealed a recurring problem across construction: the people who need information most don't always receive it when they need it. Those challenges inspired the creation of AuditTruss—a platform designed to bring construction drawings, 3D BIM models, field communication, reporting, and AI together in one connected environment.
Our vision is to make construction technology more practical and accessible, helping teams spend less time chasing information and more time moving projects forward. At AuditTruss, we're building more than technology. We're working to address the real challenges construction professionals face every day and create tools that help teams communicate, coordinate, and work better together.
“Built From Experience. Driven by a Better Way to Build.”
